We are implementing new procedures for RMA items. To give you better service and make TAT ( Turn Around Time) for RMA to be just 5 days we’ll be implementing following Procedures.
Please follow the instructions below to save time, efforts, avoid costs and improve the RMA process.
Send an email to the RMA department to Ms.Gicel Libang on Gicel@xconcepts-me.com with exact amount of units and their serial numbers. Keep a CC to Miss Liniza Fatheiva on liniza@xoconcepts-me.com. So we can make sure that your RMA problem is addresses ASAP.
Upon receiving your RMA, a RMA form will be issued to the client. Kindly fill it in detailing the problem that you are having and including as much information as possible. This will help us to identify the problem. Also include the invoice number (if available), and the serial number of the device. RMA forms will not be accepted if no information is provided. Please make sure that maximum information is given for speedy return. If goods are not under warranty, please mark that so we can quote accordingly.
If RMA department will approve your RMA, you will receive an e-mail with RMA number. AMA department may ask you only to send PCB’s for some devices to reduce shipment cost. We will return you a fixed or brand new PCB in that time period. Please make sure that you have correctly identified the problem and that the unit is indeed not working. If there are quality issues it’s advisable to send email explaining the problem which can be solved by firmware or adjusting the network configuration. If no fault is found then we will return your RMA back to you.
When sending the RMA please make sure you’ve written RMA number outside the box. We’ll not be accepting any RMA without that. All RMA we will try to return within 5 working days. But sometimes cause of shortage of parts or some other reason we’ll not be able to return the RMA within our desired time frame.
Include RMA number always when checking for your RMA as reference. Products to be returned should be properly packed to avoid damage during shipment. All boards must be sent with proper protection. If found otherwise it may not come under RMA. Do remember using wrong power supply, using indoor as outdoor or opening cases will make RMA void.
Please send the shipment to the RMA facility address (will be issued upon approval for your RMA form). This procedure will be implemented immediately. All old RMA sent will be taken under old procedures.
