Order Cancelled from Ex-Stock:
10% admin charges are applied on the full order. Balance of amount will be sent back via credit card return or Bank Transfer. Customer is responsible for any Bank charges in that case.

Order Cancelled from Future Stock
i) If your order has already shipped, and part of order includes existing stock products, you will be charged for part of the shipment, plus 20% on admin charges. Customer is responsible for ny Bank charges in that case.

ii) If you placed a special order with us and must cancel it, you will be charged 30% for admin charges.

Balance of amount will be sent back via credit card return or Bank Transfer. Customer is responsible for any Bank charges in that case.
